Goodall successfully launched generation II halogen/phosphorous free flame retardant PA66 in May 2015 to solve inconsistent and laser engraving illegible problem of existing generation I halogen/phosphorous free flame retardant PA66.
The flame retardancy of existing generation I halogen/phosphorous free flame retardant PA66 has poor performance: significantly decreased flame retardancy after coloring, only meeting UL94 V2 requirements, illegible Laser engraving, and environmental concern. It can’t meet electronic product specification. After years’ development, internal and field testing, Goodall launched Gen II halogen/phosphorous free flame retardant PA66 in May 2015. Gen II product has consistent UL94 flame retardancy performance rated to UL94 (0.8MM)V0 after color coating. It also meets REACH requirement, and has superior injection processiblility as well as mechanical properties. Laser engraving is legible. Gen II product has very promising application future with world-class best performance.
